Passionate about designing structure so high capacity becomes an asset — not a liability.

About Fe

I help high-capacity professionals build lives that can sustain the pressure they operate under.

I’m a speaker, paramedic, and Strategic Life Interventionist.

That means I intervene before success becomes a liability.

For more than 20 years, I operated inside high-pressure leadership, sales, and business environments where performance was expected — but structure was rarely examined.

Revenue increased.
Responsibility expanded.
Access multiplied.

But the architecture underneath it all?

Fragile.

Like many high-capacity professionals, I had been trained to perform under pressure…
without ever being taught how to build a life that could sustainably hold that level of responsibility.

Then life interrupted.

In one week, I lost my grandfather, lost vision in my left eye, and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

And what became clear wasn’t fear.

It was exposure.

I had optimized performance.
But I had not built structure.

So I redesigned everything.

I returned to school.
Entered healthcare.
Completed paramedic training.
Rebuilt my schedule, relationships, priorities, and decision-making around intentional architecture instead of reactive ambition.

What emerged became The RICH Method for Living™
a life architecture framework designed for high-responsibility people whose capacity has outgrown their current structure.

Not motivational advice.

Structural intervention.

What I Do

As a speaker and Strategic Life Interventionist, I work with:

  • Leadership teams operating under sustained pressure

  • First responders and healthcare professionals

  • High-performing operators and educators

  • High-capacity professionals whose success expanded faster than their support system

My work is not about productivity hacks or work-life balance.

It’s about architecture.

I help people identify the invisible structures shaping their lives so they can:

  • Redesign access

  • Strengthen support systems

  • Protect their energy intentionally

  • Realign growth with actual capacity

  • Build operational structures that support both performance and life

Because most people have been trained to execute under pressure.

Very few have been taught how to build a life that can hold what they’ve created.

The Framework

The work I deliver is grounded in The RICH Method for Living™:

R — Relationship Management

Your relationships either reinforce your structure or quietly drain it.

I — Intentional Living

Your calendar, commitments, and resources reveal what your life is actually built around.

C — Cultivating Growth

Growth should strengthen your life — not destabilize it.

H — Creating Harmony

Success becomes sustainable when life and responsibility stop competing with each other.

This isn’t about slowing down.

It’s about installing architecture that allows your capacity to compound instead of collapse.

The Question That Matters

If your role disappeared tomorrow…

Would the rest of your life still function well?

Not your title.
Not your reputation.
Not your resumé.

Your actual life.

Because eventually, performance exposes structure.

And when the structure underneath your life can no longer support the weight of what you carry…

intervention becomes necessary.

Here’s how I can help:
