Passionate about designing structure so high capacity becomes an asset — not a liability.

About Fe

I help high-capacity professionals build lives that can sustain the pressure they operate under.

I’m a speaker, paramedic, and Strategic Life Interventionist.

That means I intervene before success becomes a liability.

For more than 20 years, I operated in high-pressure leadership and business environments where performance was optimized — but sustainability was never taught.

Revenue grew.
Responsibility expanded.
Expectations multiplied.

But the structure underneath it all?

Unexamined.

Then life interrupted.

In one week I lost my grandfather, lost vision in my left eye, and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

What became clear wasn’t fear.

It was architecture.

I had optimized performance.
I had not built structure.

So I redesigned everything.

I returned to school.
Entered healthcare.
Completed paramedic training.
Rebuilt my schedule, relationships, and direction around intentional structure instead of reactive ambition.

What emerged became The RICH Method for Living™ — a structural framework that installs architecture beneath high performance.

Not motivational advice.

Structural intervention.

What I Do

As a speaker and Strategic Life Interventionist, I work with:

  • Leadership teams operating under sustained pressure

  • First responders and healthcare professionals

  • Instructors and high-responsibility operators

  • High-capacity professionals whose success has expanded faster than their structure

My work is not about balance. It’s about architecture.

I help audiences and clients:

  • Redesign access

  • Install protective boundaries

  • Realign growth

  • Make structural decisions that protect identity, health, and relationships

You’ve been taught to execute under pressure.

But have you been trained to design a life that holds it?

The Framework

The work I deliver is grounded in The RICH Method for Living™:

R — Relationships (Access)
Who has access to you — and who doesn’t.

I — Intentional Living (Structure)
Your calendar reflects your actual priorities.

C — Cultivated Growth (Alignment)
Growth that aligns — not just impresses.

H — Harmonized Harvest (Integration)
Work, identity, and relationships stop competing.

This isn’t about slowing down.

It’s about installing structure so your capacity compounds instead of collapses.

The Question That Matters:

If your role ended tomorrow, would the rest of your life stand?

Not your resumé. Your life.

That’s where intervention becomes necessary.
